Rembrandt Talens Permanent Red Violet

The pigment in this paint comes in two forms, a more violet form and a more reddish form. We’ve tried this paint twice— once in an old tube, and once in a current tube. The more violet form of this pigment was present in the old tube, and the more contemporary tube had the redder form of this pigment.
