Winsor Blue (Green Shade) is a much beloved color for its capacity to mix some of the brightest high chroma blue-greens. As of this writing, it is only available in smaller 37ml tubes. In our testing, M Graham’s PB15:3 was slightly more chromatic towards the blue-green in mixtures, though we would like to do more testing to see if this is consistently the case. Blockx Primary Blue is another high chroma contender in this color space. The Winsor and Newton PB15:3 was recommended by the some painters as the best color to achieve difficult-to-mix high chroma blues between Munsell 5B and 10B.
