Quinacridone Violet / Rose (this pigment can be violet or magenta)
A high-powered, transparent, and snappy magenta. Though bound in walnut oil, this color behaves most similarly to either the Michael Harding Quinacridone Rose or Old Holland Scheveningen Rose Deep (the Old Holland is a tiny bit cooler in tints, though any difference is slight). The three paints are fairly comparable hue and tinting strength as well. Like all M. Graham oil paints, this color has a flowing, loose consistency.
